Block 10 is managed by a freehold company, Block 10 Ashley Gardens Limited. This company holds the title to the
freehold of the 32 flats in Block 10 and grants leases to their owners.
Flat owners are entitled to become shareholders in the company, which gives them a share in the freehold.
The Board of Block 10 is chaired by Sir Michael Cummins and meets regularly to oversee the arrangements for running the
block.
Day to day operation is the responsibility of Parkgate Aspen, managing agents.
